Race Sport Lighting uses Fedex and USPS as its first choice of shipping carriers for all orders. Customers may choose between any of the two suppliers of their choice. Orders MUST be in house before 2PM Central Time to be eligible for same day shipping. All orders received after 2pm Central Time are not guaranteed to go out same day, but should go out next day, depending on the size of the order. (UPS daily pickups are available as well if needed to use UPS.)

Customer have 7 days from the day the product is delivered to the shipping address to review the product, and determine that there is no damage or shortages. This allows us time to file a claim with the carrier and rectify. After the 7 days, the customer will be responsible for the shortages or damage from the carrier.  If this does happen to you, please send pictures and complaint immediately to sales@racesportinc.com
